Today, despite Marxism having been shown as a bloody history by the Soviet Union and China, today's people no longer easily believe in the con tricks of communism, yet the rebellious spirit inherent in Marx's thought might find a more humane revival. The theoretical basis for class struggle and exploitation through surplus value has already shown itself to be riddled with holes in academic exploration, the assumption that the working class would lead the revolutionary transformation of capitalist society has long become the reality of third-world labor being enslaved by globalization; yet it is precisely the tragic state of the proletariat that makes 8 billion people today more in need of corresponding struggle theories. The proletariat is facing conditions starkly different from those two centuries ago, for instance, immigrant flows are being drastically intercepted by Trump, for example, Chinese people are being turned into victims of the next wave of anti-Chinese sentiment, and furthermore, after labor movements have been marginalized, environmental, women's rights, LGBT, and black civil rights issues are also being misdirected and stigmatized; for instance, the United Nations is supporting autocratic regimes with robust globalized discourses for all, furthermore, democracy, people, humaneness, science, left-wing, right-wing, progress, conservatism, and other terms are becoming hollow and incomprehensible. All of this is pushing the true proletariat into a deeper darkness.
