2024年 5月20日，台湾新任总统赖清德宣誓就职。他和前任蔡英文一样都是来自台湾原住民家庭，也都属于民进党。

On May 20, 2024, Taiwan's new president Lai Qingde took the oath of office. He, like his predecessor Tsai Ing-wen, comes from a Taiwanese indigenous family and belongs to the Democratic Progressive Party (DPP).

此次选举泛绿的民进党赢得总统职位，却失去了立法院的多数，以 51：52 输国民党(蓝色）一席，另有 8 席被柯文哲的民众党拿去。

In this election, the Green-leaning DPP won the presidency but lost its majority in the Legislative Yuan. It narrowly lost by 51:52 to the Kuomintang (KMT, blue), with eight seats taken by Ko Wen-je's People First Party.

在民众党和国民党的地方，人们攻击着当选政党。在中文语境中，批评常常简化为骂，然而，骂的权利其实不是言论自由的本意。骂是一个简体字，商代没有这个字。马是馬的简体，骂显然是马语而不是人语。只有像尼采这样可以对一匹老馬产生同理心的人才会真的理解什么是骂。

People in the areas of the People First and KMT parties were criticizing the elected party. In the Chinese context, criticism often simplifies into cursing. However, the right to curse is not what free speech was intended for. The character "骂" (mà) did not exist during the Shang Dynasty; 马 (mǎ), meaning horse, is clearly not a metaphorical form of "骂". Only someone like Nietzsche can empathize with an old horse to truly understand cursing.

After years of the blue-green conflict in Taiwanese politics, the People First Party offered a new color choice: white. Due to its weaker position in the presidential election, the KMT is more open to cooperation with white.

事实上也就是如此，就在大约三天前，蓝白两党已经发动，在立法院快速推进扩大立法委员权力的法案。进展速度快到让民进党再无法安坐，几乎转眼之间立法院就将顺利扩大自己的权力了，立法大厅内再次暴发短暂的身体冲突。委员们挤向发言人位置，相互推搡形成了攻防战，人们被推离座位，或者被拉扯得东倒西歪倒在人群中-倒在立委群中，混战中有试图翻过桌面的，也有被绊倒的。来自金门的女性立委 Jessica Chen 则佩戴着战术头盔，几分钟后委员们停止了战斗，六人受伤。之后民进党在立法院外面组织了抗议，这一次立法院的战斗不算是历史上最激烈的。

In fact, just three days ago, both parties had already initiated an effort in the Legislative Yuan to quickly advance a bill expanding the powers of legislators. The speed was such that it left the DPP unable to sit still; soon after, the Legislative Yuan would smoothly expand its own powers, with a physical altercation breaking out in the chamber. Legislators jostled for positions, engaging in an offensive and defensive battle as people were pushed off their seats or thrown into chaos. Among them was Jessica Chen from Kinmen wearing a tactical helmet. After about six minutes, legislators stopped fighting; six were injured. The DPP organized protests outside the Legislative Yuan, but this time, the fight in the Legislative Yuan wasn't considered one of the most intense.

台湾是中文社会最后的堡垒，是中文圈里唯一的民主社会，为人们提供相对文明的法治与言论自由，让人们可以生活在理智良知没有被彻底摧毁的一个中文的环境中。

Taiwan is the last bastion of Chinese-speaking societies, a unique democratic society within the Chinese cultural circle, offering relative civilization and freedom of speech, allowing people to live with rational conscience intact.

但是从逻辑学和统计学来说完全正确的命题绝不会得到台湾人民的认同：台湾有许多无耻之徒，台湾不是中文觉醒者的逃亡方向，台湾只有更为卑鄙无耻才能挡住中共的统一大业。

But from the standpoint of logic and statistics, a proposition that is completely correct will not be recognized by the people of Taiwan: Taiwan has many shameless individuals; Taiwan is not the direction for Chinese awakeningists to flee, Taiwan can only block the unification cause of the CCP through even more despicable and shameless actions.

每当反贼们对中文更加痛恨时，台湾社会就及时的提供一些反例，说明使用中文的社会也可以维护文明，保护人权。每当人们称赞台湾的民主与文明时，就难免被台湾政客们在立法院内的肉搏场面电到。

Whenever the rebels show a greater hatred for Chinese, Taiwanese society promptly provides some counterexamples, showing that societies using Chinese can also uphold civilization and protect human rights. Whenever people praise Taiwan's democracy and civilization, it inevitably shocks them with the physical altercations in the Legislative Yuan.

5月20日，赖清德在就职仪式中说：我將「行公義，好憐憫，存謙卑的心」，「視民如親」。

On May 20th, Lai Qingde said during his inauguration ceremony: I will "practice righteousness, show mercy, and maintain a humble heart," and "regard the people as my own kin."

然而可能需要再次提醒反贼们，通常而言，台湾不是逃亡时应该选择的方向。这个社会被中共渗透，被统战技术深度操作，隐藏着各方面的两面人、多面人。它对偷渡者决不友善，对大陆偷渡者就可能更凶狠了。历史上国民党其实是中共的大师兄，勾结苏俄共产党祸害中国，近四十年里，大量台商以帮助大陆发展制造业的名义在洼地谋利，赚取黑心的人民币，吸食奴工生命，天气好的时候它们饥渴的插弄着中共女婊们的大臭逼，为中共制造了巨大的出口业绩。现在天气变差，却有不少人陷足洼地急于脱身，这些人贪财好色、淫荡无耻，它们是中共帮凶、毒虫同类。它们即利用自由社会的便利，又借用专制社会的暴政，它们和所谓世界化精英们都是毁灭中国人良知、阻止中共奴民得到自由的力量。

However, it may be necessary to remind the rebels once more, generally speaking, Taiwan is not a direction where one should flee. This society is infiltrated by the CPC, deeply manipulated by unification and co-option strategies, hiding all sorts of two-faced people and multi-faced individuals. It is never friendly to illegal immigrants, let alone those from the mainland. Historically, the KMT was actually the senior brother of the CPC, colluding with Soviet Communists to harm China. For nearly four decades, numerous Taiwanese businesspeople have profited by exploiting low-lying areas under the guise of helping develop manufacturing on the mainland, earning black-hearted RMB and exploiting slave labor. On sunny days, they eagerly tamper with the中共's female oppressors, boosting the CPC's export performance. Now that the weather has turned worse, many are eager to escape these low-lying areas, greedy for wealth and pleasure, shameless and debased. They are complicit in the CPC and a breed of poisons. They take advantage of the benefits of free societies while borrowing from authoritarian systems, they are along with so-called global elites—forces that destroy Chinese conscience and prevent CPC subjects from achieving freedom.

The author is increasingly unwilling to use Simplified Chinese vocabulary for "Freedom"

尤其是当自由的概念被提升到哲学层次来进行讨论时，作者就更不敢轻易说话了，因为这个概念已经被前人认真的研究过了。哈耶克的著作之一是「通往奴役之路」，1944年出版，这本书是用英文写的。仅从书名来说，中国人可能更需要相反的课题「逃离奴役之路」，在过去二千年的朝代循环中，中国人用一双手都数不清二千多年的历史上多少次集体走过了「通往奴役之路」，春秋、战国、秦汉、三国、晋、五胡十六国南北朝、隋唐、五代十国、宋金辽夏、元明清、中华民国、中华人民共和国。

Especially when the concept of freedom was elevated to a philosophical level for discussion, the author became more hesitant to speak freely, as this concept had already been seriously studied by predecessors. One of Hayek's works is "The Road to Serfdom," published in 1944, which is written in English. Just from its title alone, Chinese readers might need a contrasting topic, "The Path Out of Serfdom," given that over the past two millennia of dynastic cycles, the Chinese have collectively walked the path of "The Road to Serfdom" countless times in their history, spanning the Spring and Autumn, Warring States, Qin and Han, Three Kingdoms, Jin, Five Barbarians and Sixteen Kingdoms, Northern and Southern Dynasties, Sui and Tang, Five Dynasties and Ten Kingdoms, Song, Jin, Liao, and Xia, Yuan, Ming, Qing, and the Republic of China.

Friedrich Hayek published another book titled The Constitution of Liberty in the United States in 1960, which was also written in English, but it did not become as popular as Road to Serfdom.

对于Hayek 的名著和之前曾提及的 KHN 三人的作品，咱都没有认真读过原著，都只有略略地听过现代学者的讲座，或者匆匆阅读一些翻译为英文的摘要和书评，因此请读者自行评估咱的冒昧的建议是否值得参考。

For Hayek's notable works and the previously mentioned KHN trio, the author has not seriously read the original texts but only heard modern scholars' lectures or briefly read translations into English from summaries and book reviews. Thus, please assess whether the author's bold suggestions are worth considering.

In his book, Hayek warned of the threat of tyranny. He argued that if governments planned and executed economic controls, tyranny was inevitable. Further, he contended that abandoning individualism and classical liberalism would lead to a loss of freedom, resulting in oppressive societies and dictatorial rule. Tyranny enslaves everyone. Hayek challenged the prevailing Marxist views in Britain at the time, (arguing) that fascism or Nazism were not capitalist responses to socialism.

当时是 1944 年，二战中，在欧洲人们和法西斯、纳粹战斗，在太平洋，美军也在和军国主义的日本决战。 Hayek 认为法西斯、纳粹和国家社会主义都有相同的根源，就是中央计划经济和让国家得到凌驾在个人之上的过度的权力。

In 1944, during World War II when people in Europe fought against fascists and Nazis, and Americans battled Japan's militarism in the Pacific theater. Hayek believed that fascism, Nazism, and national socialism had the same root: central planning economies and excessive state power over individuals.

当时美欧各国对于中央计划的力量相当的迷恋，二战前，各国实际上在认真的尝试应用政府计划经济，北欧各国一度都采用了社会主义制度。

During WWII, Western nations were quite enamored with central planning. Before the war, countries seriously attempted to implement government-led economic plans, with Nordic countries adopting socialist systems at one point.

但是与苏联的社会主义不同，欧美各国是在维护人民自由的环境中尝试了社会主义的一些思路。这些国家早已经有独立的法治系统，有学术自由、信仰自由的环境，有政党、选举、议会等各种现代社会机构在正常运行。更为底层的基础条件是在这些社会中人们是敢于说出实话的，人类语言的基本功能没有被邪恶力量阉割掉，所以，这里没有可能和列宁、斯大林的苏联一样成为一个谎言岛。这些在墙外都是常识，墙内也是一个谎言岛，岛民的思想如何奇怪都属正常。

However, unlike socialism in the Soviet Union, European and American countries have tried some socialist ideas within an environment that upholds people's freedom. These countries already had independent legal systems, environments of academic and religious freedom, as well as various modern social institutions such as political parties, elections, and parliaments functioning normally. More fundamentally, at the grassroots level in these societies, people dare to speak the truth, so the basic function of human language has not been muzzled by evil forces. Therefore, here it is impossible for them to become an island of lies like Lenin's and Stalin's Soviet Union. These are common sense outside the walls, and inside they remain a land of lies, where the thoughts of the inhabitants, no matter how strange, are normal.

Hayek 的思想和当时另一位经济学大师凯恩斯/Keynes 为人们提供了两边的边界。 Keynes 的宏观经济理论指导政府参与宏观调控，应对经济危机。 Hayek 则让政府走开，坚持自由主义，拒绝走向被奴役的道路。

Hayek's ideas, alongside those of another economic giant of the time, Keynes, provided the boundaries for thinking. Keynes' macroeconomic theories guided governments to intervene in macro-management and respond to economic crises. Hayek, on the other hand, urged governments to get out of the way and坚持自由主义，拒绝走向被奴役的道路.

两个学派的学术研究为人们提供了两道探照灯光束射向两边，各国政府左右横跳着走过了一个世纪前的这一段时期，从2-30年代的大萧条，到第二次世界大战，再到冷战。

Two schools of academic study have provided two beams of illumination, shining on both sides, Governments around the world leaped from left to right over this period a century ago, From the Great Depression of the 1920s and 30s, through World War II, to the Cold War.

咱想「The Road to Serfdom」这本书对台湾更有益处，实际上胡适也早就在台湾推荐过这本书和它的作者。后来在蒋经国和李登辉的时期，台湾开始了选择与转折，从威权政府转向了建设现代民主政治。

This book 'The Road to Serfdom' would be more beneficial for Taiwan, as Hu Shi had already recommended this book and its author in Taiwan long ago. During the periods of Chiang Ching-kuo and Lee Teng-hui, Taiwan began to make choices and turns, transitioning from an authoritarian government toward building modern democratic politics.

对简中大陆而言，早已经沉陷自我奴役的轮回，早已经建立了美化奴役的文化，「奴役之路」反复走过很多回了。对于从未有过自由的人民来说相反的路《逃向自由之路》也许才会更有用。而对于即将被按死在五指山下的今天的反贼们来说，「如何承受压制」也许更实际一些。

For the Mainland in Simplified Chinese, it has long been ensnared in a cycle of self-imposed servitude, long established a culture that beautifies servitude. The path of 'Servitude' has been walked many times over. For peoples who have never known freedom, perhaps 'The Road to Escape from Servitude' would be more useful. And for today's rebels who are about to be crushed under the Five指Mountain, perhaps 'How to Bear Oppression' would be more practical.

注意，Hayek 是经历了世界大战的经济学者，它与 KHN 处在完全不同的时空阶段，见解也当然不在同一层次，这也是咱相对的不给现代人推荐 KHN 这几人的原因之一。 KHN 三人的思想探索与哲学成就完全让咱不可能有什么否认，实际上咱是相当仰慕的。但是纳粹和中共利用古人的语言缺陷、诱使愚民走向思维陷阱的作法令咱冒昧地提醒简中同类暂时回避 KHN。

Note that Hayek experienced World War and is in a completely different time phase compared to KHN, with their insights naturally not at the same level. This is one of the reasons why we are relatively hesitant to recommend KHN's works. While KHN’s ideas and philosophical achievements are entirely beyond reproach, we deeply admire them. However, the Nazis and CCP exploit linguistic flaws to manipulate the masses into cognitive traps, so we cautiously advise readers in simplified Chinese areas to temporarily avoid KHN.

思想都会形而上，但是却让概念在语言中不断的变形。名词至少应该保持对自己的定义，恶魔们却利用愚民的力量否认了名词的原意。所以当咱看到：道非道、仁非仁、明明德、中国特色的XXX...时，咱立即可以知道恶魔们出场的位置。

Ideas are always transcendental, but they cause concepts to continuously transform in language. At least nouns should maintain their original definitions, but the devils use the power of the ignorant masses to deny the original meaning of nouns. So when we see: Dao is not Dao, Ren is not Ren, Clarify Virtue, Chinese-characteristic XXX..., we can immediately know where the devils have appeared.

In civil society, freedom and rule of law are natural opposites. Unlike the impression given to Chinese masses, unbounded freedom is not what we call freedom.

A social structure with only one vertex creates the sharpest pressure, endowing it with excessive power to easily crush freedom and the rule of law. It will also easily trample on the legal treasure in the tyrant's own hands. The Great Blood Sacrifice is not just the sacrifice of lowly populations, i.e., the vast, ignorant masses. What it most yearns for is the crimson black blood of those who have successfully climbed up to the upper echelons, this is the fuel and energy of hell. This is the liquid of extreme ignorance and extreme wickedness, a beverage beloved by devils.

然而，就算是在数字极权时代，就算是 AI 无法得到启蒙愚民的力量，就算是中共生化技术用于修改每一个婴儿的基因，它们将会发现力搏体之力无法被删除。就在爬虫们占领整个简中大陆后，它们发现总有善良的人们可以保持着理智。八十亿的人口说明世界无可否认的被分成了八十亿份，新生的婴儿带着天赋的力搏体的力量，力搏体带着无穷的自由意志。

However, even in the age of digital totalitarianism, even if AI cannot gain the power to enlighten and deceive the masses, even if the CCP's biotechnology is used to modify every infant's genes, they will find that the Power of Struggle cannot be deleted. After the crawlers occupied the entire Simplified Chinese continent, they discovered that there were always good people who could maintain their rationality. Eight billion people indicate that the world indisputably divides into eight billion parts, newborn infants come with innate Power of Struggle, and the Power of Struggle carries infinite free will.

When a ghost sees a baby’s eyes, it sees its own enemy. Its face rigid and ugly suppresses its fear, its body rejects foreign organs, unable to give more life, it sees the light in the pupil but doesn’t understand that it contains Liberty. It hesitates over replacing its brain and wonders where to place a new one... it doesn't want to know Hell as home.

它们不知道人类文字史中的大部分时间都在对抗它们这一类爬虫。而地狱则是为每一只爬虫定制的 VIP 服务，无人能够替代。

Most of human history has been against this kind of lizard, and Hell is customized VIP service for each lizard—no one can replace them.

The CCP education system fears human gaze intensely. Starting from infancy, they aim to erase all traces of humanity. Combined with their legal system to control people, the result is a dead-eyed populace.

继续研究自由。为了以法治为自由提供空间，法律体系独立于行政体系，这是机构/Institution 的概念。进一步，法律体系保持的三权分立是：立法、司法、执法，三个类目分立归属于三个不同的机构。

To provide space for freedom through rule of law, the legal system must be independent of administrative structures; this is the concept of institutions. Further, maintaining separation within the legal system: legislative, judicial, and executive branches. These three categories belong to separate institutions.

整个社会并不是、也决不是法律领域的三权分立可以概括的。为文明社会提供分立的支撑的也许远远大于三权分立的范畴，比如：

暴政的统治是另一种情况，集权形成三角形的社会结构，独裁者站在三角形的顶点。这是一个低维度的结构，没有空间容纳文明的多元要素。
