近年不少人讨论美国对中国的政策失败， 某种程度上这也是一种误解。 美国或者任何一个人类社会对中国无非在两种态度中摇摆：开门与关门。 采用哪一个都不能算是失误， 美国在清朝末年对满清提出的主张就是 Open Door， 这和美国曾经对日本提出的主张是类似的。 从那时起到现在，美国对中国的态度一直是保持一致的， 这种长期的一致性对中国的各种阴谋论其实大有讽刺。 只是近三十年来美国没有料到中共改革开放一开门之后放出来的是一大群的有害爬虫。
