2019 年中国的出生率平缓的下降 2.2%， 但是仍然有超过一千万婴儿来到了祖国， 同年，完成了中等和高等教育的则有数千万人。 其中多数已经成为中共、五毛、小粉红、 韭菜、爱国者、 大中华信徒、 仇日仇美仇八国联军的八国、 反西方洗脑术的具备独立思考能力的人士、 都熟读秽史 ... 都简称：爬虫。

On September 8, people in Hong Kong held a gathering in the scorching sun to seek for the passage of the Hong Kong Human Rights Bill in the U.S. Congress.
当天 1800pm， 警方防暴部队和卧底们配合， 在金钟地铁站再次挑起警民对峙。 地铁公司把一个接着一个车站的献给警方做戏， 仿佛要用整套公众交通系统来阻吓市民， 寻求机会尝试令美国国会无法推动香港人权立法。
On that day at 6:00 PM, the police riot control unit and undercover officers provoked a confrontation between police and civilians again at Jinzhong Metro Station. The metro company consecutively handed over one station after another to the police for show trials, as if they were using the entire public transportation system to deter citizens, seeking an opportunity to try and prevent the U.S. Congress from advancing Hong Kong human rights legislation.

9月 10号世界杯足球预选赛香港对伊朗， 不少市民决心去球场高唱《愿荣光 归香港》， 结果， 当局竟然停止出售球票， 并且检票机器很配合的坏掉了， 令三万七千人容量的大球场空了一半， 场外人群久久不散的应着场内球迷歌唱。
On September 10th, during the World Cup qualifier match between Hong Kong and Iran, many citizens were determined to sing "May Glory Return to Hong Kong" at the stadium. 9月11日， 美国参议院通过(中国新疆)维族人权政策法案， 下一步将由众议院投票。 这个法案针对中共在新疆迫害维族的罪行。通过一个法案有漫长的程序， 香港人权法案也在排队， 还需要需要经历4个步骤：委员会、众议院、参议院、总统。
On September 11, the U.S. Senate passed the Xinjiang Uighur Human Rights Policy Act regarding China's actions in Xinjiang. The bill will next go to the House for a vote.
This bill targets the crimes committed by the Chinese Communist Party against the Uighurs in Xinjiang. Passing one such bill has a long process; the Hong Kong Human Rights Bill is also queued up and needs to go through four steps: committee, House, Senate, and president.

9月17日， 星期一， 香港地铁出轨， 一条铁轨断裂， 车箱冲出轨道， 没有死亡。
September 17, Monday, a derailment occurred on the Hong Kong MTR. One rail broke, and the train derailed without any fatalities.
